This page explains how to request deletion of your SolidMaint account and the data associated with it. It applies to both the SolidMaint Customer app and the SolidMaint Crew app.
Direct link to your account profile: https://app.solidmaint.com/profile
Sign in there, scroll to the bottom of the Profile page, and tap Delete Account. Confirm to delete; a 30-day grace period applies during which the deletion can be reversed by contacting support. After 30 days the deletion is final.
The same flow is available inside the SolidMaint app: open Profile → Delete Account.
If you use both the Customer and Crew apps with separate accounts, each must be deleted from its own app:
If you no longer have access to the app or the email tied to your account, send a deletion request from any email address you control to privacy@solidmaint.com with:
We respond within 30 days. If we cannot verify that the request comes from the account owner, we will ask for additional proof of identity before proceeding.
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove or anonymise:
Some records are retained to comply with EU and Spanish law:
Once the legal retention period ends, the corresponding data is purged automatically.
You do not need to close your account to remove certain types of data:

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD) at www.aepd.es if you believe your deletion request was mishandled.
